for the first day of milkas' expression corner, i figure i could start with some self-expression, so why don't we talk about what it means to be AGENDER today?

"Agender" is a label of gender expression, usually used to indicate a lack of gender outright - not fitting into the "man", the "woman", or the "non-binary" outright - though it still falls under the non-binary umbrella due to, well, not being part of the binary genders!

there are certain microlabels such as aboy (which i'm personally fiddling with but unsure because i don't want the "boy" to overshadow the "a"), agenderfluid, agenderflux, etc. which expand on the idea of being agender by adding a bit of gender, though the feeling of genderlessness still persists in one way or another.

agender people usually tend to use any/all pronouns, such as myself - though it's especially down to the person as to which pronouns they choose to use, as agender has no standardized pronouns due to being outside of the gender binary. many agender people tend to use neopronouns as well.

the agender flag consists of a lime green stripe, surrounded by a white, light grey, and black stripe in that order, on both sides.

"gender? i hardly know 'er!"
